The kitchen screen, by the screen

One price per screen per month.

Everything a single station needs is in the cheapest level and stays there. We charge more when you run more stations — never for holding a basic feature hostage. No contract, no POS to replace, and we never touch your payments.

Buy by the screen

One price per screen per month. No contract, no POS to replace, no processing rate attached. The level is decided by how many stations you run, never by which features we felt like holding back.

Level 1 — Essentials

One or two screens. A truck, a counter, one station doing one job.

$19.99/screen/mo

or $14.99 a screen billed yearly

Everything in the list below, plus

  • Allergen highlighting — a safety feature, never sold separately
  • Every language, set per screen — English and Spanish at launch
  • Light and dark, five text sizes, colourblind mode
  • Screen pause — $0. Close for the season without cancelling
  • Coursing and hold-and-fire
  • The Pulse manager phone app, in full, free
  • CSV export of everything
  • 14-day free trial, card required

Level 2 — Pro

Several stations that have to stay in step. Grill, fry, cold, expo.

Priced when it ships

The line that sells this.

Fresh charges $27 for the tier that includes customer SMS, label printing and all-day counts. We charge $19.99 and put the things a single station actually needs in the base — then we only ask for more when you have more stations. Same market price. More in the box. That is the whole pitch.

The basics, and we mean all of them

This is what a kitchen display system does. Every vendor in the market offers some version of this list. Nothing on it is ever a paid extra here — not at $19.99, and not at any volume price either.

The twelve things every level includes, and what each one means on the line. Nothing in this table is ever a paid extra.

Three add-ons. That is the whole list.

Each one has a real cost behind it — a carrier fee, a vendor fee, another screen, or somebody’s hours. We are not going to hand you a bill with nine line items on it.

Every add-on we sell, with its price and billing unit, and what the same thing costs elsewhere.
