Pro is not on sale yet, so it does not have a price yet. It is built on text messages to guests, label printing, ingredient counts and live metrics, and none of those are finished. When they are, Pro gets a price and this page gets the number. Nobody on Essentials is moved onto a price they did not agree to.

Enterprise pricing is a conversation, not a form.

One price, however many screens you run.

The Essentials price at every screen count. There is no volume discount at launch and no volume surcharge either.

Four screens or forty, the price per screen is the same and it is the one printed above. You do not have to ask for it and you do not have to call anyone to find out what it is.

1 screen, on the monthly plan. Paid monthly it is $19.99 a month, $239.88 over twelve months. Nothing is paid up front and there is nothing to commit to.

Closed for the season? Pause a screen. It costs $0.

Click the button in your account. The screen stops billing that month. Every setting, routing rule, and bit of history stays exactly where it was. Click it again when you open back up and everything is where you left it.

No pause fee. No limit on how often. No minimum term. No phone call, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.

The MiniRestaurants console with “Manage this screen” expanded on a screen row: a rename field above, then the pause section with its explanation and its Pause button, then the retire form below it.
The actual pause button, in the MiniRestaurants web console, captured in a desktop browser. The screens shown are example screens from a development build, not a real restaurant’s.

What you never pay for.

  • Setup or installation. $0.
  • Hardware. We do not sell any.
  • A contract. There isn’t one.
  • An early termination fee. There isn’t one.
  • Payment processing. We do not touch payments and never will.
  • A per-location fee on top of the per-screen fee. Your price is your price.
What counts as a screen?

A tablet running the kitchen app, showing orders. That is it.

Can I add and remove screens mid-month?

Yes. It prorates automatically.

Is there a contract?

No.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your screens do not go dark. There is a grace period with a banner on the screen, and we do not cut a kitchen off in the middle of service over billing. Add a card any time and everything resumes exactly as it was.

What if my card fails during a shift?

We know your business hours because you tell us during setup. We do not interrupt a kitchen during them.
